PURPOSE STATEMENT
Concordia Lutheran Preschool exists to assist parents in their task of parenting by offering a wide variety of experiences in an atmosphere of Christian love and acceptance. We joyfully accommodate children of every race and creed.

Concordia Lutheran Church is committed to a Christ-centered and excellent preschool as the best preparation for kindergarten and day school. Efforts focus on the whole child with emphasis on the spiritual, physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children in a safe and nurturing environment. We are part of a Bible-based congregation that worships, equips, and reaches out to all people in our community and does so in an atmosphere of healing and care.

NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY-Concordia Lutheran Preschool admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities made available to the students. Discrimination based on race, color, sex, age, disability, or national origin is prohibited.

ADMISSION POLICY-Our school is open to all who desire a Christian preschool education for their child, provided that the school can meet the needs of the child.

A child with special needs may be admitted, providing they meet state regulations and upon approval of the Director and the teacher. A child with special needs may be required to attend weekly conferences with the teacher and/or the director. Special needs assessment testing may be required prior to, or during attendance.

Children may be requested to leave the program if it is felt that the school cannot meet the individual needs of that child. Director, Teacher and Parent conferences will precede any decision to discontinue enrollment.

AGE/ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS-In order to be eligible for enrollment in Concordia Lutheran Preschool, a child must be at least two years of age.

All forms must be completed and turned in before a child may attend preschool.

Monday through Friday (excluding holidays and vacations), 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Jesus time
Circle time (sharing, music and movement, Zoo Phonics & Touch Math, story telling)
Snack
Art, science, developmental activities
Outdoor play
Wednesdays: Chapel, share time, bicycles/tricycles

AFTERNOON
Part time students are dismissed
Lunch
Nap time
Outdoor play
Snack
Afternoon Phonics with story time, music, poetry, art
Free play, crafts and creativity
